Please note: If you plan to enroll at a different CSU campus, their deadlines may vary. Be sure to check their fee waiver website for specific dates.
Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» Fee Waiver deadlines are as follows:
- Winter*= First Monday in September - mid Nov
- Spring = First Monday in November - mid January
- Summer* = First Monday in March - mid July
- Fall= First Monday in May - mid September
*Ensure courses during this term at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» or other CSU campuses are state funded. Non-state funded courses are not eligible for the fee waiver program.
Fee Waiver forms are now submitted electronically via Optimize:

A new fee waiver subnmission for each enrollment term must be submitted.
- In order to continue in the Fee Waiver Program, you or your dependent needs to maintain
good standing academically, which means a:
- C average or better for undergraduate students
- B average or better for graduate students
Individual Development Plan
When using the Fee Waiver for self, the employee will:
- If not on file yet - complete the **IDP with supervisor (good for 3 years, unless changes are made prior)
- Discuss course selection with the appropriate academic advisor, if needed.
- Complete and sign the Fee Waiver Application.
- Submit the completed forms (IDP and Fee Waiver) through supervisor and/or the appropriate administrator for review and signature.
- Submit the supervisor approved Fee Waiver Application and IDP (if one is not on file yet) via Optimize Fee Waiver ticket for final approval and processing.
- Payment to Student Business Services or chosen campus.
