Reminder to Check Your Vacation Balance Before Year End for Maximum Vacation Balance

You may view your leave balances online in CHRS Employee Self-Service in myCI by selecting the 鈥淐SU Time鈥� tile. In CSU Time, select 鈥淓mployee Balance Inquiry鈥�.  To view your 鈥淢aximum Vacation Carryover Hours鈥�, select the 鈥淕raduated Vacation Chart鈥� on the CSU Employee Balance Inquiry page. When viewing vacation amounts, any amount in the 鈥淎djustment鈥� column represents the portion of time that exceeds the maximum allowable accrual based on applicable collective bargaining agreement.
