Submit official college transcript(s) & AP/IB test scores
Request Your Transcripts Early!
Your official transcripts are due by October 20 to ensure the earliest possible opportunity to enroll in classes. If you have coursework in progress, you will submit final transcripts with all grades posted by the extended deadline of of January 5, 2027.

Submitting your transcripts on time is essential — it ensures your transfer credit is posted, helps you meet course prerequisites, and confirms your student level (for example, junior status).
In-Progress Coursework
To accomodate any in-progress coursework, you have until January 5, 2027, to submit any outstanding official college transcript(s), with grades posted, and AP or IB test scores. This last submission is required to receive final clearance to attend Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» in the spring.

Signing up for Classes
Once your transcripts have been received and evaluated, you'll be able to sign up for academic advising — either in-person or virtual — and plan out your class schedule.

As a transfer student, you will also receive clearance from the Registrar to self-enroll in classes, when your transcripts are received. If you submitted your transcripts by October 20, then you'll be eligible for self-enrollment as early as November 30.
Spring Transfer Orientation is a required, one-day programs, with session dates determined by academic major. The experience includes resource-focused breakout sessions, introductions to faculty and staff, peer engagement opportunities, and transition support services.
