Meetings
CI Staff Council meets the 3rd Friday of every month from 1:00-2:30 PM, unless otherwise noted. Our meetings are held in a hybrid format, meaning they can be attended in-person at the location noted or by Zoom - in-person attendance is preferred for our voting members, but either option is available for guests or speakers. Meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend and are run using Robert’s Rules of Order. Members of the public can reference our Staff Council Meeting Etiquette document (PDF, 174KB) for more information on how to participate during Staff Council meetings.
All meetings will have written agendas published by the second Monday of the month – you can find the Agendas linked below. Meetings are not typically recorded, but any recorded meetings will be announced ahead of time. If you have any questions or concerns you want addressed during the next meeting, or you have any announcements to be added to the agenda, please submit them via our or by contacting Staff Council Exec by end of day on the first Friday of the month.
Campus community members wanting to attend Staff Council meetings via Zoom should register at the link below to receive the Zoom link for the next meeting. Note: registration is required for each individual meeting date to reflect an accurate record of meeting attendees.
An informal social half-hour which is open to all will follow the in-person meeting.
