Submission of official college transcripts from all institutions attended, including courses that are still in progress, is required to be eligible to enroll at Cal State Channel Islands.
High School Transcripts
If your high school offers electronic delivery of official transcripts, this is preferred. If this is not available, please see the instructions below for having your transcripts mailed to CI.
College Transcripts
Electronic transcripts are the preferred and fastest method of delivery.
When ordering your transcript, please choose Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» as the intended recipient from the school name dropdown. If California State University Channel Islands is not listed, please use registrar@csuci.edu as the recipient email address. Transcripts must be sent through your institution or your institution's ordering system to be considered official. Transcripts sent directly from a student are considered unofficial.

International Transcripts
If you completed coursework outside the United States, your transcript must be evaluated by a credentials evaluation service, such as International Education Research Foundation (IERF) at . Request your detailed evaluation report (with course level identification).
